The PURCHASE listserv is intended to communicate purchasing-related news and announcements to Texas A&M University and Texas A&M University System employees. Deadlines, rule and procedure changes, and training session schedules are examples of information which will be disseminated through this listserv. If you would like to subscribe to the PURCHASE listserv please see the How-To section below.

How to subscribe to our listservs:

  1. Address an e-mail message to
  2. Leave the Subject field blank.
  3. In the body of the message, type one of the following:

    SUBSCRIBE PURCHASE firstname lastname

    Where you replace firstname lastname with your first and last name.
  4. Send the e-mail.
  5. You should receive an e-mail confirmation that you have been added to the list.
